Your order was shipped on time to the exact address provided at checkout, but USPS marked the address as vacant/undeliverable and the package is currently in USPS custody being returned to sender. We have not received it back yet, which is why we have been unable to reship it for you. As explained via email, you will need to contact USPS directly to release or locate your package since it has not been returned to us. Once it arrives back here, we are happy to resend it.
