Can I use this foam tape to make a shaker card?
Yes. Cut a window in your card front, add a clear sheet behind it, then run foam tape all the way around the window with no gaps. Drop in your sequins, peel the liner, and press the back layer on. The 1/8" height gives sequins plenty of room to shake, and the yellow foam keeps the edge from showing on yellow cardstock.

Why buy colored foam tape instead of white?
Look at the side of any popped up layer and you can see the foam. White foam tape leaves a white line around a yellow layer. Yellow foam tape matches your yellow cardstock, so the edge disappears and the layer looks like one thick piece. Use white foam tape behind white and pastel cardstock, and black foam tape behind dark cardstock.
