How do I print at a different size?

Use your printer's "Fit to page" or scale percentage when printing. Print at 50% for half-size, etc. PDFs aren't lossy when scaled at print time.

How many pages does each number take?

At full 60" size, each number tiles across multiple letter-size pages. Tape them together as you go.
