Gold glitter cardstock is the single most-reordered glitter color in our entire warehouse — and for good reason. True warm gold (not green-gold, not bronze), shed-free, and bright enough to photograph well even in dim reception lighting. Single-sided 250 gsm glitter on a clean white backing.

Best uses for gold glitter cardstock

  • Wedding cake toppers & signage: Gold is the wedding accent. Our 250 gsm holds its shape on a topper stick, and because the glitter is sealed, your cake stays glitter-free.
  • Birthday and milestone cards: Gold + black glitter is the classic "Cheers to 30" / "Cheers to 50" combo we ship for every age.
  • Christmas decor: Gold glitter pairs with red and green glitter for the holiday trio that ships out every November. Also stunning for tree ornaments and gift tags.
  • Bridal & baby showers: Pair gold with light pink glitter for "Oh Baby" banners or with champagne gold for an elevated bridal-shower palette.

Frequently asked questions

Is this gold or rose gold or champagne?

This is true warm gold — like a wedding band. If you want the pinker tone, see rose gold glitter; for a softer, more muted gold, see champagne gold; for a brighter, brassier gold, see yellow gold.

Will gold glitter cardstock work for cake toppers?

Yes — gold is our most-shipped wedding cake topper color. 250 gsm holds its shape on a topper stick without drooping, and shed-free means no sparkle on the frosting.

What Cricut setting should I use?

On a Cricut Maker, set the dial to Custom and choose "Glitter Cardstock," or use the Heavy Cardstock preset with the Fine Point Blade. For Cricut Joy and Cricut Explore, the Glitter Cardstock preset works as-is. Run a test cut first.

Does gold glitter cardstock shed?

No — our glitter is sealed into the sheet, not glued to the surface. You can cut, fold, and score without sparkle going where you don't want it.
